Summary
If file extensions are hidden you will not see true file names such as "setup.exe" rather you will see just "setup". This creates a problem when installing and choosing the database.
Open My Computer and select the
View menu... Options or Folder Options
In the Folder Options window, select the View
tab.
Find "Hidden Files" and select "Show all Files"
