Zipping the ChiroPulse Database
and Uploading to Tech Support

Step 1. Zip your Database to shrink the file size

• From the Login Window (or tech support homepage), use the Database tools utility to create a ZIP backup file.

• From the Windows Start button select Start --> ChiroPulse --> Tech Support, then click Tech Command. Enter this command at the ms-dos prompt:
  
  pkzip pulsedb.zip pulse*.mdb
  
  the database is now zipped into the file pulsedb.zip or any .ZIP backup file is ready to send
  

Step 2. Upload the file to ChiroPulse

• click here to use the upload form. keep connected to the internet until "transfer is complete"
