Printing fails with "Report not Created" error


Summary : If printing fails from ChiroPulse and the database Repair/Compact does not eliminate the problem, you must manually register a Windows DLL that is needed to print.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Windows 98/ME Windows 2000/XP Windows NT
 regcpe   regcpexp   regcpent 

use the appropriate command  
as shown in the photo on the right  

*** Repeat for all computers having this problem ***


If the above Tech Command fails, use these instructions:

» Download this utility  (or from a ChiroPulse CD locate the file cpeaut32.exe)

» Run the utility by double clicking on the file cpeaut32.exe. Proceed thru the installer, which will exit itself when completed. This will re-install and re-register the Windows DLLs and fix the printing problem.
