Summary : Clicking on blue daterange on scheduler or any ChiroPulse window causes a runtime, even before the calendar is opened.
Permanent Fix from Microsoft : Install Microsoft Office Service Pack 1 and then Service Pack 2.
ChiroPulse Workaround *until the above is completed* - no downloads required!
- In MyOffice click the mouse on the TAN lower right "task descriptions" box
- Press CTRL-C to toggle off the calender control, hence ELIMINATING the crashing
- You can press CTRL-C again to toggle it back ON when the service pack is applied.
Note - this is necessary for each computer, and hence one computer can use the switch and the other can use the calendar
