ChiroPulse365 Re-license (replacement PC)
Your yearly license cannot be reissued, however you will not be penalized or charged extra Instead you will simply purchase a new yearly license and get credited for 3, 6 or 9 months cost (whatever you had used). • Replacement product keys are NOT GIVEN without a valid removal or transfer code. Any exception is at sole discretion of Pulse Software.
• All retired/expired versions v1-4 that require license renewal without prior removal code will received expiring licenses that require periodic check-in/renewal
• All retired/expired versions v1-4 require the listed support/service ticket prior to issuing ANY license which can be handled via internet Member Center here or FAX only (not by phone).

ChiroPulse v4 Advanced Re-license a PC

• Replacement product keys are NOT GIVEN without a valid removal or transfer code. Any exception is at sole discretion of Pulse Software.

If ChiroPulse Advanced is UNLICENSED on your Computer - for any reason - we can grant replacement licenses under the following conditions:

• From your specific PC, you must activate your license, following the instructions to register the PC via the internet.
• The supplied license is for ONE YEAR which must be re-activated when expired, on each PC.
• Your ChiroPulse v4 Advanced licenses are "lifetime" licenses for the PC you activated or transferred to, however any replacment licenses this will require yearly re-activation of each PC at Member Center.
• The appropriate support charge is purchased via Member Center. Upon payment this will enable Member Center permissions for you to download & install this relicense utility.

Print/read the attached cp123license.pdf then follow the instructions to relicense. Upon Faxback (or attach PDF or screenshot via email) we will send a replacement license ASAP.

Please note since you do not have a removal/transfer code issuing a new license is done on a good-will basis and your replacement will require periodic renewal.

ChiroPulse v4 Advanced Transfer your License to another PC

1. Before uninstalling ChiroPulse Advanced v4 or tearing apart your computer, follow these instructions and make sure we have verified your removal/transfer code.
   .
2. Exit ChiroPulse Advanced and all other Windows programs.
   .
   
3. Download the attached file cp4license.exe, save to desktop.
   .
   
4. Double-click the downloaded file, press UPDATE then FINISH,
   .
   
5. The ChiroPulse License Transfer/Delete utility will launch. This will allow you to remove your license and obtain a deletion key, required to generate a new license for your new PC (or rebuilt/reformatted PC).

6. Press the Remove License button

7. write down your removal code - VERY IMPORTANT
   .
   
8. Press the "Click here to submit Removal Code by internet" blue link.
   (if the link is grey you didn't remove your license in the above step.
   .
   
9. ENTER YOUR REMOVAL CODE in STEP #1 , paste the info into step #2 then press SUBMIT button to submit your license info.
   .
   
10. Press SUBMIT button to submit your license info.

11. Within a business day we will verify your removal code and supply instructions on how to proceed.
