Print/read the attached
cp123license.pdf then follow the instructions to relicense. Upon Faxback (or attach PDF or screenshot via email) we will send a replacement license ASAP.
Please note since you do not have a removal/transfer code issuing a new license is done on a good-will basis and your replacement will require periodic renewal.
