General ChiroPulse Community Overview
Our clients have provided their feedback and as a result Pulse Software is unveiling a new and progressive business model and product support. Since most of you are using ChiroPulse to run your business, we feel you should be better plugged-in so to speak.

The ChiroPulse Community discussion board is your Member Center & information hub for all thing ChiroPulse. This allows eligible members to download product updates, obtain product news, obtain free low-priority inquiries or help.

In the ChiroPulse Community you can make purchases in the secure web store. Software and services are available such as: Support Tickets (priority/guaranteed assistance), training DVDs, remote installation, phone tutorials and more. The Community also streamlines things and saves you time as you will be notified by email, for example, of responses to your Support Tickets!

Why should I register?
In order to gain access to your member area, support tickets, updates and important news Pulse Software requires that you register as a member. Registration is free, and allows you to do the following (when eligible):
  • Make a purchase from our Web Store using the secure online shopping cart
  • Post and be eligible for Support Tickets
  • Post general inquiries
  • Get info on ChiroPulse and product releases
  • Download ChiroPulse updates.
  • Receive email notification of replies to posts and Support Tickets
  • Be notified of events in the forum calendar
To register, you will need to specify a username and password, and a valid email address. One account per OFFICE please. Entering your email address will not leave you open to 'spam', as your email address is ALWAYS hidden/private, and messages sent to you via email do not reveal your address to the sender in any case. The administrator may have configured the forum to send you the final part of the registration process by email, so ensure that the email address you provide is valid and working.

Can't I Order By Phone?
Pre-sale phone inquiries are answered on a call-back basis. However, to best service your office needs - now and in the future - we have provided a safe and secure Web Shopping Cart that totally integrates your purchase of ChiroPulse Advanced with Support Tickets, product registration and product updates by means of the ChiroPulse Community. Like back in the day going from Black & White television to Color TV, some clients will feel nostalgic and confused at first while making the transition. Technology marches on and ultimately there is no going back... which is fine because you won't want to!

Community Overview and Using the Member Center (Mini Tutorial)

From the top welcome area you can REGISTER a username and password, then LOG IN.
The colored Navigation menu bar is visible on every page and changes when you login
(Register and Shop, FAQ, Calendar, Today's Posts)




Now LOG IN and you see an expanded navigation/menubar and more forum areas.



On the BOTTOM of the page is another menubar.
Use the Frontpage link to return to the Member Center frontpage at any time. Click around... don't be afraid!




Click YOUR SUPPORT TICKETS to see active and old Priority Support Tickets.



Priority Support Tickets are private and limited to qualified users only.



To purchase a Support Ticket, Software or other service click the PURCHASE SERVICES link.



Most areas require you to LOG IN with your USERNAME/PASSWORD
As you can see above, the private areas are not available until you log on.
