Ticket system for paid priority support incidents which includes all non-ChiroPulse365 basic help. General response time is within hours during weekdays and a bit longer on nights and weekends. Users of ChiroPulse Expired Versions (v1-3) will require this ticket to support any problem.
Includes, but is not limited to: questions not directly related to the use of ChiroPulse365 such as managing your office, customization, "how to fill out a HCFA form", computer failure/restore solutions, "computer networking", printer/Windows setup, "moving to a new computer" , etc.
Your tickets are private & secure, only visible by yourself and Team Pulse.
